SHIPPING
All DVDs you order from this site are Region Code 0 (all region) and in NTSC format (the standard for North America, Japan and most of Central America and South America). We do not ship DVDs in other formats. Please be sure your DVD player and TV support NTSC format (or are multi-format). Computers that play DVDs will play all formats.
Some videos have been given new titles from either translating the original titles or to be more descriptive or to create a series (such as the WOW series) from similar videos. The titles match those that were used on the old Pervideo.com site. New additions to our inventory will also have some translated or renamed titles. If you have any questions about a video and it's FaustDVD title versus it's original title feel free to contact us with any questions by using the 'Contact Us' link in the menu to the left.
Orders will typically be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of order placement, an email will be sent if anything delays shipping beyond this. Tracking numbers for shipments can only be obtained if you choose a UPS or Express Mail shipping option. Lower cost First Class Mail and Air Mail shipments (for smaller orders) have no tracking available.
Shipping costs:
- First Class Mail (or Air Mail for international orders) = US $5.00 (for orders < US $100.00 only)
- Express Mail = US $18.00 (shipped within USA), US $25.00 (international shipping)
- UPS = many options available, prices direct from UPS and can be from about US $8.00 for UPS Ground to US $50.00 or more depending on your location and how fast you require delivery
After over 5 years in operation of the previous site (which was bought out by FaustDVD), the most common needs of our customers was determined. Orders are shipped in plain packaging with nothing on it to indicate the specific nature of the contents. DVDs are not shipped with any original packaging 'art' and the DVDs themselves are labeled only by the 3 or 4 digit portion of the FaustDVD stock number for each item. Keep in mind the email sent detailing your order or this site are always good sources to look up what a certain DVD is once you get it shipped to you.
RETURNS
Returns, replacements or substitutions are handled on a case by case basis. FaustDVD allows the buyer 30 calendar days to determine if there are problems with the shipment of the order that would warrant replacement, substitution or refund. Please use the Contact Us link, in the left menu, to contact us about any such issues. FaustDVD would like to earn your trust and will be happy to work with you. FaustDVD reserves the right to charge a 20% restock fee on any large order returns. We encourage our new customers to make modest first orders to ensure you are happy with our products prior to making large orders.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
We do not and will not accept returns, provide replacements, substitutions nor refunds for titles that a customer orders and then decides they did not like as much as others or as much as they thought they would (see this topic also in our FAQ). This would be similar to expecting a movie theater to refund your ticket cost after you watched a movie because you said you didn't like the movie or buying a DVD from a store and watching the DVD and then taking it back for the same reason. We offer descriptions of all of our videos on the site and cannot be expected to offer a blow by blow, scene by scene account of each video's content or production value. If you worry that we do not offer enough description of any or all videos on our site then please feel free to not order any video which you feel my not be described enough to satisfy you. Our return policy is about offering our customers the knowledge that we will seek to correct any physical or digital defects above and beyond the extent of our Picture Quality Rating system (in other words, if you order a PQR 1 video, don't expect great picture quality and ask for a refund). We seek to be as honest and upfront with our customers as we can and in the process continue to offer a vast archive of videos that are difficult to obtain.
CUSTOMER REVIEWS
We do encourage customers to use our Reviews section to publish their (hopefully constructive and non-antagonistic) thoughts about any video they have gotten so that they can assist others in making their choices when buying from our site. Every video we have can have as many varied and subjective reviews and opinions about them as there are people who order them. The Reviews section is a tool for our customers to express their opinions. To write a review for a video, go to it's description and click on the "Reviews" button and from that page click on the "Write Review" button and proceed from there. Reviews list only the first name and last initial of their author so as to protect our customers' privacy.

Please use email to ask questions, by clicking 'Contact Us' below or in the left menu on all pages of this site. We check email often. Please do not send us letters in postal mail with questions unless you also include an email address which we can reply to. Since we no longer use a phone for support (and never meant to take orders by phone) please use the online cart system to place orders. You can choose to pay by Credit Card or Money Order in our cart system and all sales and discounts are applied. If you still have reason to contact us, such as wanting to find a payment option not listed, please still select Money Order and then email us about it.
