Yes, we always do. There are no boxes or markings other than a 3 or 4 digit stock number on each DVD. That is all. This is due to common demand for the privacy of our customers. Upon request we will provide full disc labeling and/or DVD case covers (covers are an extra cost).

- Can I send my order payment to you in the mail? Can I pay with a personal check/cheque?
Yes, you can send payment in the mail. No, you cannot pay with a personal check/cheque, though you can pay with a money order or cashier's check/cheque. Money orders, in the USA, are available and are very cheap at the Post Office, Fred Meyer stores, Wal-Mart stores and other stores. A good price for a money order is 75¢ to $1 each. If you are outside the USA and want to order by sending a money order, please ensure they are Western Union brand money orders in US Dollars. Cashier's checks/cheques are checks directly from a bank and can be gotten at any bank. Different banks have different fees for these, but your own bank may offer them with no surcharge.
We do this and do not accept personal checks/cheques simply because we do not want to worry about delays due to having to wait for personal checks/cheques to clear. This adds a whole area of account and order management that we do not want to deal with. Without this in our way, we can fill orders faster and keep customers happier.
Please note that there are many ways you can order through the mail, but the best for us is that you use the cart system by adding items to your cart and then checkout. You will be given the option to pay using a Money Order/Cashier's Check and will then be given the address information and such. Then simply put your order number on the money order, sign the money order and send it to us.

- I ordered some videos from your site, but I did not really like one as much as I liked the others. Can I return it for a refund, credit or exchange?
No. We cannot guarantee your opinion of every DVD we offer, everyone's opinion is unique. Please use the Reviews section of the site to offer your (hopefully constructive and non-antagonistic) thoughts about any video you have ordered.

- Is FaustDVD going to add more screen captures to the web site for titles offered or more detailed descriptions?
We may. We have tried to focus on getting all titles from Pervideo.com listed and corrected where needed, eliminating any duplicate items, adding the PQR system and adding more titles. We tend to focus our efforts to add more screen captures and more detailed descriptions to the new titles we are adding to our site, rather than the old stock obtained from Pervideo.com when we took over their stock. However, as we can and with a focus on the better PQR rated titles, we will try to also add these to titles we obtained from Pervideo.com as well.

- Does FaustDVD have any reason to not add more screen captures to the web site?
Sure, maybe if we add more screen captures people will just use our site to look at free pictures. We hope that even if we get a lot of traffic from people just looking at the pictures these people will also decide to get the full DVDs of the content they like so much. :)

- Is FaustDVD looking for models/performers to make new videos?
Yes. Currently we are looking for models/performers that have video footage or can produce their own footage which could become DVD titles on FaustDVD. As mentioned above, maybe in the future we will take part in filming and become more involved in production of material for the site.
If you have footage or plan to produce footage (we prefer high resolution video with good colors and clear picture) you'd like to appear as DVDs for sale on FaustDVD, which includes fisting, stretching, monster toy play, or anything else you think may be good material for FaustDVD to sell on DVDs, please let us know by using the "Contact Us" page to send us an email about it.
The "producer" of any video needs to have model/photo/actor releases from all people in the video, no people in the video can be under 18 years old (even if they are not performing sex acts). The producer of any video must have age verification documentation on file per Title 18 USC Section 2257 and details including the name and address of the custodian in charge of maintaining these records will need to appear in the finished DVD content (we can insert this for you if needed).

- Is my personal information safe? Does FaustDVD sell to or share my personal information with anyone else?
Yes, you're personal information is competely safe with us. We would never want to harm our relationship with our customers, not even for a little cash. We will never sell or give your personal information to anyone. Of course our credit card processor gets your credit card/billing details for their automated credit card processing needs, as is typical for credit card use, but even our credit card processor does not get any information about what you are ordering or any other details not needed to process your credit card.

- What if the Customs inspectors keep my package?
Unfortunately, sometimes customs inspectors confiscate packages with pornography in them. We are not sure why this occurs, but it has happened once with Australian Customs and once with U.K. Customs. We are unaware of any laws restricting pornography sales to these locations or the viewing of pornography by adults in these locations. We cannot and do not take any responsibility for packages we send that are confiscated by your country's Customs service. In the case of a country's Customs service possibly confiscating your package, you (the customer) takes responsibility for the possibility that your order may be confiscated. You should know, or find out, before you even order anything from us. Any package confiscated by your country's Customs service will not be replaced and cannot be refunded. If you find that your country is sexually and media repressive, we encourage you to change your own laws in whatever way your country makes available to you, write letters, vote for liberals, or move! Not that the U.S.A. is much or any better, we also have a sexually repressive hypocracy! One bit of advice would be to verify whether or not the laws of your country in this regard differ if postal mail is used versus UPS, as it is possible for government ran postal services to have more restrictions placed on them than UPS or other courier services.

- Do I need to create a FaustDVD account to buy DVDs from this site?
No, you can add items to your cart and check out and pay for your order without creating an account. For some people, not having a FaustDVD account will result in their cart becoming empty by itself, this is either due to the browser they use, due to deleting cookies, or could be due to use of a proxy or firewall.
Here is why you may want to create an account:
- Your cart data is never lost, in fact you can add items to your cart one day, leave the site and come back a year or more later and sign in and your cart will still have those items in it.
- You do not have to re-enter your shipping and billing information each time you make a purchase.
- You can monitor the status of your orders.
- You can use the Wish List feature of the site to keep track of what titles you want to purchase at some time in the future.
- You can write Product Reviews.
- You can get emailed our newsletter if you choose to (which typically comes out once every couple of months).
